Tas 4×4 Tours will provide you with a unique and fun filled experience exploring the Bay of Fires, the coastal hinterland and inland areas of Derby and Mathinna on the East Coast of Tasmania.
We take you off the highway and show you the real Tasmania while driving through our magnificent temperate forests as well as a close look at our pristine beaches, including the world-renowned Bay of Fires.
Visit beautiful waterfalls and see magnificent trees and unique animals in their natural habitat while experiencing the rich local heritage, find a ghost town or take in the mining history of the area.
Our tours and services will be unsurpassed and together we will organise something really special for you. We cater for small groups (1-4 people) who are looking for quality service and a wonderful experience.
If an individualised tour is more your style we can arrange for you to catch some surf, take a short rain forest or waterfall walk, capture the magnificent scenery on camera, or just sit back and watch it all go by. We can make it happen for you.
We operate all year round – Summer Spring and Autumn are our most popular times. However please don’t forget about us in the Winter months. It may be a little cooler and the days a little shorter but the air is crisp and clear with the lighting just perfect for making your photographs even better. Rug up a little and sit back in the comfort of the Toyota and enjoy the escape while we explore a beautiful part of the world.
Tas 4×4 Tours is an accredited business providing a quality service and of course the ‘experience’ that will be the highlight of your holiday. From the comfort of our Toyota Land-cruiser, in the hands of a highly experienced capable driver and friendly guide, you need only to relax and enjoy the day.
